Potencialmente disruptiva, a Inteligência Artificial ainda é uma incógnita ilustre, diante da qual somos como bebês que aprendem a rolar e deitar de bruços, a primeira fase de ficar de quatro e engatinhar e, posteriormente, ficar de pé, para depois dar o primeiros passos mancando. Mark Zuckerberg diz que a IA é a base do nosso futuro. Existem muitos receios quando vemos um estranho pela primeira vez (ChatGPT\ANI Fase: limitada), porém, logo após esse contato, formamos uma convicção se tal estranho vale o risco ou não (governos tentando regulamentá-lo) antes de aprofundar o relacionamento (Fase AGI: equivalente) para que se torne uma parceria (Fase ASI: superior). Hoje veremos três grupos de citações de pessoas conhecidas, em diversas áreas, que expressam medos sobre o primeiro contato (imagine os humanos pré-históricos vendo o primeiro incêndio). Do mesmo modo que nosso planeta vem sendo destruído com superpopulação, poluição, mudança climática e, principalmente, guerras, se os usuários da IA forem megalômanos, tiranos, psicopatas usando-a como arma de dominação, de opressão e destruição, então, as citações mais pessimistas acima se cumprirão: a raça humana será extinta, seja pelas máquinas ou com as máquinas.

In the same way that our planet is being destroyed with overpopulation, pollution, climate change and, mainly, wars, if the users of AI are megalomaniacs, tyrants, psychopaths using it as a weapon of domination, oppression and destruction, then the most pessimists above will be fulfilled: the human race will be extinct, either by machines or together with machines.
